Our Savanna crew installs every layer to manufacturer specifications: underlayment, ice and water shield, drip edge, starter strip, field material, hip and ridge caps, and ventilation. Every fastener placed per the manufacturer nailing schedule.
Inspection & Warranty
We schedule the building inspection and walk the roof with the inspector. Your manufacturer warranty gets registered the same day the roof passes inspection. You receive warranty paperwork within a week.
